Today is totally going to be one of those I Hate Being A Girl kinda days ): I don't want to go to work. I just want to stay home in bed with a heating pad and a pint of chocolate ice cream and read Chicken Soup for the Soul so I can cry.

Dad and I went over to Hollywood Video today to see what they had left. I left with Underworld, Dance of the Dead, Little Nicky, Bright Star, MirrorMask and Alien Vs. Predator. Dad came away with Fast Times At Ridgemont High. If I had more extra money, I would have picked up some more movies- Bubble Boy, for one.

If this morning was any indication, I'm gonna need to put my air conditioner in the window sooner rather than later.

I still need to get the new Red Dwarf episodes on dvd. Maybe I'll ask for them for my birthday?

Also can't take my earrings out. I bought little plastic backs for them and now they're stuck. Good thing I'm wearing earrings I really like?

I've had a pretty nice weekend so far. Friday after work Dad and I went to the Chinese buffet in Pottstown that's near the Walmart. It wasn't as good as I remembered ): But I had a nice evening with my dad.

Saturday was spent with pandacuddles and some time with bikecowboy. Aryn had made a delicious chicken soup the night before that we then had for lunch. After lunch she showed off her new Macbook Pro and I got to show her how to use the scroll function on the touchpad (Thanks, Jeremy!). Then Zach went out for a walk so she and I could watch the dvd of the last RENT broadway performance. We sung ourselves silly at some points and had fun. After that was dinner time and we headed to a Chinese buffet but stopped at Goodwill first. I ended up with a dress (didn't try it on, is too small and too long but I can fix that) and two sheer tops that need tank tops underneath. Dinner at the buffet was pretty good. They had some tasty food! Then we hunkered down and just hung out and talked. We were there for nearly 2.5 hours, I think. I left at 8:28 (that's when I called Dad to tell him I was on my way home) and arrived home at 9:38. Not too shabby.

Today I have some cleaning to do. Nina is going to call me when she's done work and I'm gonna head over there. It's been 2 weeks since I saw her last. Dunno what we'll do but I'm sure we'll have fun (:

This week is my spring break from school. I do have a project that I need to do but otherwise I'm free for a week! I've got Jeremy sleeping over Monday night and I'm hoping to go to the gym at least twice during the week. I can't wait until the semester is over and I have the summer off. I plan to see Nina once a week again, go to the gym 3 times a week and spend as much time with Jeremy as possible.

And on that note, I should probably get a start on my day. The clock change did me no favors today.

I guess because my own experience being friends with benefits with someone failed so miserably (that happens when you agree to FWB in the hopes that the other person will fall in love with you), I can't see how it can work for anyone else.

Will be renting a cabin for my birthday weekend. It's funny how it's been YEARS since I've seen Cabin Fever but I'm still a little... ehhhh about staying in a cabin. I just won't drink the campground water (; Speaking of which, Walmart has the sequel to Cabin Fever. I'm kinda tempted to watch it but I dunno.

Making progress in my bedroom. After work I have some homework to do then I'll get started on cleaning my walls. Taking down the stuff I've got hanging up, taking out thumbtacks, cleaning cobwebs, and washing the walls. I'm hoping that this weekend I'll be able to start repairing the holes and cracks in the walls and ceiling. That'll be on Sunday, of course. Because on Saturday I'm going out to see pandacuddles ^_^

I'm feeling really motivated to do things right now and I'm really happy about it. And I even started reading again! Not as much as I used to but I read a book two weeks ago and I started another yesterday. Yay for reading! Plus the new Mercy Thompson book comes out next week, I think.

Looking forward to Thursday. Jeremy will be meeting Amy finally. We're going over to her place to watch The Boat That Rocked and I'm making dinner for us.

And Lost tonight!

I have to give my manager some not great news today so I'm hoping my good mood stays with me today.

I have a sleeping Jeremy next to me. I'm freezing to death and he's got his shirt off! Body temperatures? Just another difference.

Also caught up on the Ouran manga. It seems so silly to let fictional characters move me so much but my heart aches for Tamaki and for Hikaru but is jumping for joy for Tamaki's parents.

My student loans were finally deffered so I paid off my Best Buy credit card today. Granted, there was only $90 on it but I still feel accomplished. I should be able to pay off my Capital One card in two months. Think that has $250 on it right now. Then it's time to focus on my Dell account. I've had my laptop 3 years and still haven't gotten my balance below $1,000 ): Paying on the minimum due does you no favors in the long run. Then it'll be time to focus on my 2 higher limit credit cards. Those'll take me a good while to pay off and that sucks.

But I'm on the right track.

I don't know about you guys, but I about died at the end of this week's Lost.
